Udaipur, April 17 (Udaipur Kiran): Marking World Heritage Day, a special “Heritage Photography Walk 2026” was organised in Udaipur to capture the city’s historic charm and architectural beauty through the lens.

The event was jointly organised by Sandy’s Travel Tales and Taj Lake Palace. The walk began early in the morning at 5:30 AM from Ambrai Ghat and concluded at Jagdish Chowk.

Participants explored Udaipur’s heritage streets, historic structures, and hidden scenic spots during the walk. Using DSLR cameras and smartphones, they captured unique visual moments reflecting the city’s cultural richness.

The event saw the involvement of Human Resources Officer Yash Raj and Human Resources Director Shruti Kapoor from Taj Lake Palace. The team from Sandy’s Travel Tales also played a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of the programme.

The walk was guided by noted travel expert Chinmay Dixit, known for “Travel with Chinmay”. He provided participants with detailed insights into Udaipur’s history, architecture, and cultural significance throughout the session.

The initiative aimed to raise awareness about cultural heritage and encourage its preservation through photography. Based on the theme “Perspective | Creativity | Community”, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation and made the occasion memorable.

The walk was conducted on an invitation-only basis, ensuring a curated and well-organised experience for all participants.
