‘PACI Chaupati’ Organised at Pacific Academy University Campus | Udaipur Kiran


UDAIPUR, January 18: (Udaipur Kiran). PACI Chaupati was organised on January 17 at the campus grounds of Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, drawing enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members and staff.

The event was inaugurated by Executive Chef Sandeep Rai from the Raffles Group of Hotels, along with U.B. Srivastava, President of the Hotel Association, and Chef Vimal Dhar. On the occasion, Rahul Agarwal, Professor B.P. Sharma, Professor Sharad Kothari, Professor Hemant Kothari, Vinod Kumar Singh Bhadoria, Chef Jacob John, along with faculty members and staff, were present.

A wide range of food and activity stalls were showcased during the fair. The Pacific Institute of Hotel Management set up stalls offering mocktails, tea, rab, isolated cold drinks, pasta, chhole, kulche, millet tikki, kanji vada, dahi vada, pani puri, papdi chaat, donuts, dark chocolate mousse, almond rocks and rice phirni. The Pacific Institute of Dairy and Technology presented stalls featuring beetroot power patty and green chutney.

In addition, the Pacific College of Social Science and Humanities put up an accessories stall, while the Pacific College of Fine Arts showcased an Unfold Cube stall. Students also gave solo singing performances, adding a cultural touch to the event.

The fair witnessed active and enthusiastic participation from students, making PACI Chaupati a lively and successful campus event.
