SEPC Shares Rise as JV Bags Rs 86 Crore LoA for Bihta Airport Project | Udaipur Kiran


Mumbai, December 10 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of SEPC Ltd were trading higher on the BSE on Tuesday after its joint venture secured a major project order. The stock was trading at Rs 9.05, up by 0.16 points or 1.80 per cent from its previous close of Rs 8.89.

The scrip opened at Rs 9.19 and touched an intraday high of Rs 9.21 and a low of Rs 9.00. A total of 6,27,352 shares were traded on the counter during the session.

The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of Rs 10, had touched a 52-week high of Rs 23.57 on December 10, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 8.50 on December 9, 2025. Over the last one week, the stock moved between a high of Rs 9.21 and a low of Rs 8.50. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs 1,748.08 crore.

Promoter holding in SEPC stands at 27.35 per cent, while institutional and non-institutional investors hold 15.13 per cent and 57.51 per cent, respectively.

SEPC’s joint venture, SEPC–Furlong JV, has received a Letter of Award worth Rs 86 crore from JSC IA Vozrozhdenie India for the development of a new civil enclave at Bihta Airport in Patna, Bihar. The scope of the project includes end-to-end EPC delivery covering the construction of a new integrated terminal building, a utility building and associated structures, execution of an elevated road, electro-mechanical works, installation of airport systems, IT systems and security systems, along with comprehensive maintenance and operational support.

The order strengthens SEPC’s position in India’s infrastructure sector and adds to its growing portfolio of aviation and transportation-related EPC projects. With this project, the company continues to expand its footprint across India alongside recent wins in water management, mobility infrastructure, industrial EPC and mining.
