Kalpataru Projects Shares Rise on Rs 2,003 Crore Order Wins | Udaipur Kiran


Mumbai, December 10 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Kalpataru Projects International Ltd moved higher on the BSE on Wednesday after the company secured fresh orders worth around Rs 2,003 crore. The stock was trading at Rs 1,190.05, up by 17.65 points or 1.51 per cent from its previous close of Rs 1,172.40.

The scrip opened at Rs 1,172.40 and touched an intraday high of Rs 1,200.35 and a low of Rs 1,172.30. A total of 3,713 shares were traded on the counter during the session.

The BSE Group ‘A’ stock, with a face value of Rs 2, had touched a 52-week high of Rs 1,351.60 on December 17, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 770.05 on April 7, 2025. Over the last one week, the stock moved between a high of Rs 1,216.85 and a low of Rs 1,124.10. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs 20,322.79 crore.

Promoter holding in the company stands at 33.57 per cent, while institutional and non-institutional investors hold 56.08 per cent and 10.36 per cent, respectively.

Kalpataru Projects International, along with its international subsidiaries, has secured new orders and notifications of awards of around Rs 2,003 crore. The company has won projects under its Power Transmission and Distribution business in India and overseas markets. It has also secured projects under its Buildings and Factories business in India.
