

Hyderabad, October 29 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Magellanic Cloud gained over 0.8% in Tuesday’s trading session after its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance, received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth ₹2.40 crore from the South Central Railway’s Guntur Division.
At 11:00 a.m., the stock was trading at ₹55.40, up 0.82% from its previous close of ₹54.95 on the BSE. The scrip opened at ₹54.71 and touched an intraday high of ₹55.43 and a low of ₹54.57, with 1,11,198 shares traded so far.
The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of ₹2, has recorded a 52-week high of ₹105.26 (July 17, 2025) and a 52-week low of ₹42.60 (March 17, 2025). The company’s market capitalization currently stands at ₹3,235.21 crore. Promoters hold 58.30%, while institutions and non-institutions own 0.43% and 41.27%, respectively.
The newly awarded contract involves the replacement of video surveillance systems at various railway stations under the Guntur Division and the installation of video recording facilities at relay rooms and station master offices.
Valued at ₹2.40 crore, the project aims to enhance passenger safety, station monitoring, and asset protection through real-time visibility, cyber-secure data management, and advanced video analytics. It will also enable centralized control and improve operational efficiency.
This latest LoA further underscores Provigil Surveillance’s expertise in implementing AI-driven, large-scale surveillance solutions for major government clients such as Indian Railways and NHAI.
