Marflix Pictures’ next, Jewel Thief – The Heist Begins, is all set to release on Netflix on April 25. The Siddharth Anand and Mamta Anand co-production marks the power couple’s OTT debut and also their first movie in the heist genre. ‘Lootera’ from Jewel Thief introduces Saif Ali Khan as a thief who steals jewels and hearts
Adding to the anticipation, the final song from the thriller just dropped, and it sets the tone ahead of the film’s premiere on OTT. Titled ‘Lootera’, the high-energy track has already sparked buzz after being featured in the teaser and official trailer.
Composed by the popular duo Sachin-Jigar, with lyrics by Kumaar, and vocals from Shilpa Rao, Neuman Pinto, and the composers themselves, ‘Lootera’ also has a catchy tune that we caught ourselves humming constantly, thanks to it featuring as the background in the film’s teaser and trailer. The song introduces Saif Ali Khan’s character as a thief who is not only adept at stealing valuable jewels, but also hearts!
Jewel Thief – The Heist Begins stars Saif Ali Khan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Nikita Dutta, and Kunal K Kapoor in leading roles. Directed by Kookie Gulati and Robbie Grewal, the makers are promising audiences a cinematic experience from the comfort of their homes, making this one of 2025’s most talked-about releases.
