Pacific University Hosts Inter-College Cricket Tournament | Udaipur Kiran


Udaipur, 20 November (Udaipur Kiran)। Pacific University has organised an inter-college cricket tournament under the supervision of the Faculty of Management.

The event is being conducted under the leadership of Prof. Dipin Mathur, Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies, who encouraged players to participate with high spirit and uphold sportsmanship. Prof. Hemant Kothari, President of Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, also motivated the participants. Teams from eight colleges of the university are taking part in the tournament.

In the opening match, Pacific Institute of Management faced Pacific College of Physical Education, where the Physical Education team emerged victorious. The second match was played between PCBS and the Faculty of Computer Science, with the Faculty of Computer Science team winning the match.

According to tournament coordinator Prof. Pushpkant Shakdwipi, this competition will help in selecting the Pacific University team, which will take part in the upcoming West Zone Cricket Tournament. Chief guests Prof. Dhirendra Hiran from the Faculty of Science and Technology and Dr. Hemant Pandya from Pacific College of Physical Education were present at the event. The vote of thanks was delivered by tournament co-coordinator Chandresh Soni.
