Redmi K90 Appears on Geekbench with Snapdragon 8 Elite and 16GB RAM | Udaipur Kiran

(Udaipur Kiran News): The upcoming Redmi K90 has surfaced on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, revealing key hardware details ahead of its official launch. The listing confirms that the device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, contrary to earlier reports suggesting a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5.

According to the benchmark data, the Redmi K90 prototype carries the model number 2510DRK44C, packs 16GB of RAM, and runs on Android 16, likely customized with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 3 at launch.

The shift to the Snapdragon 8 Elite suggests Xiaomi may reserve the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 for the Redmi K90 Pro, positioning the base K90 as a powerful yet slightly more affordable flagship.

The smartphone is also expected to feature 100W wired fast charging, supported by an in-box charger, ensuring rapid top-ups for its high-capacity battery.

The Geekbench appearance indicates that internal testing is underway, hinting that the device could debut soon in China before expanding to other markets under different branding, such as Poco or Xiaomi’s global lineup.

More details, including camera setup and display specifications, are expected to surface as the launch approaches.
