Globe Civil Projects Rises on ₹13.11 Crore LoI Win | Udaipur Kiran


New Delhi, September 17 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Globe Civil Projects edged higher on Tuesday after the company announced it had received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth ₹13.11 crore.

At the BSE, the stock was trading at ₹77.89, up 0.87% from its previous close of ₹77.22. The scrip opened at ₹78.00 and touched an intraday high of ₹78.42 and a low of ₹77.43, with 3,106 shares traded so far.

The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of ₹10, has recorded a 52-week high of ₹95.00 (July 1, 2025) and a 52-week low of ₹73.56 (July 8, 2025). Over the past week, the stock has traded between ₹80.40 and ₹76.18. The company’s current market capitalization stands at ₹467.18 crore.

As per the shareholding pattern, promoters hold 63.41%, institutions 13.63%, and non-institutions 22.96%.

The Order

The LoI is for the construction of a sports complex and supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of 11 KV HT Ring Main at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Delhi campus on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC-II) basis. The project is expected to be executed within 12 months.

Globe Civil Projects, along with its associates and joint operations, is primarily engaged in civil construction projects for government departments, local authorities, and other entities.
