Reflecting on his preparation, Jay shared, “I worked hard to get the role right. I collaborated with a dialect coach and spent time in Banaras to pick up the local slang and tone. I improvised during prep and dubbing to make the character feel authentic and funny. It was about bringing something genuine to the film.” He also expressed gratitude to casting director Shivam Gupta, saying, “This is my second project with Shivam after Gullak Season 4. He’s always supported my approach and timing, and I’m thankful for his trust.”
Jay described the filming process as a learning experience. “I put in my best effort and learned a lot from the team. I’m always looking to grow as an actor with every project,” he added.
Jay began his career as a child actor in shows like Gutur Gu and Ek Duje Ke Vaaste, earning praise for his comic timing. He has since taken on varied roles across TV, independent films, and web series, working with actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Shahid Kapoor, and Divyanka Tripathi. His versatility continues to make him a talent to watch in Indian entertainment.
