Rasha Thadani, who recently made her acting debut with Azaad alongside Aaman Devgan, has spoken about her deep-rooted spirituality and connection with faith. In an interview with Filmfare Magazine, the daughter of veteran actress Raveena Tandon and film distributor Anil Thadani reflected on how spiritual practices have been an integral part of her upbringing.

Sharing her childhood memories, Rasha revealed how she, along with her brother and friends, attended Ramayana classes at home every Sunday. “A teacher would come over for about an hour to teach us stories from the Ramayana, bhajans, and shlokas like the Hanuman Chalisa, the Gayatri Mantra, and Ayagiri Nandini. It was something we looked forward to each week. Those lessons stayed with us,” she shared.
The young actress also spoke about her spiritual journey over the years and how she has been actively visiting sacred sites. “We also started visiting the Jyotirlingas, and in the past year and a half, we’ve been to places like Kedarnath, Somnath, and Rameswaram, completing all 12. It’s been an amazing journey,” she said.
For Rasha, these visits are not about seeking blessings but rather an expression of gratitude. She emphasized, “I don’t visit to ask for anything but simply to thank God for all he’s given me. I’m truly grateful for his constant presence in my life.”
Rasha has often given glimpses of her spiritual journey on social media, wherein fans and followers have showered appreciation on the actress for her grounded personality and have praised her for how she values faith. The actress was also seen expressing gratitude even when she embarked on her journey in the film industry. Now followed by her debut film Azaad releasing this year, the actress is excited to carve a space for herself in Bollywood while staying connected to her spiritual roots.
