Raymond Realty rises on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary


Mumbai, May 18 (Udaipur Kiran): Raymond Realty is currently trading at Rs. 558.20, up by 6.40 points or 1.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 551.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 550.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 564.85 and Rs. 539.70 respectively. So far 27934 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1055.20 on 01-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 350.00 on 16-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 675.45 and Rs. 425.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3716.15 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.71%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.34% and 37.95% respectively.

Raymond Realty has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company by the name of ‘Ten X Realty South’ (TXRSL) on May 15, 2026, as a strategic initiative to explore and undertake new real estate projects, particularly under the redevelopment model and in order to mitigate project-specific risks.

The Certificate of Incorporation received from Ministry of Corporate Affairs / Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre on May 16, 2026. TXRSL has been incorporated with the object to undertake real estate business.
