When performing Dhanurasana, tension and slight pressure are created around the abdomen and lower back, which is considered advantageous for kidney health.

During Dhanurasana, the body bends backward, activating the organs located between the abdomen and back. This movement improves blood circulation around the kidneys, ensuring that they receive adequate oxygen and nutrients, thus maintaining their functionality.

Dhanurasana also helps reduce stress, which directly affects hormones and blood pressure, potentially impacting kidney health. Regular practice of this pose can help calm the mind and alleviate pressure on internal organs.
