GCA Storm into Final with 138-Run Win; Lakecity Warriors Also Through | Udaipur Kiran

Udaipur, February 24, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran) – GCA entered the final of PIMS Mewar Cup Season 4 with a dominant 138-run victory over Crossroads International School in the semi-final played on Monday. Udaipur Lakecity Warriors also secured their place in the final after winning their respective semi-final clash.

The tournament is being organised jointly by Pacific Hospital, Vinay Cricket Club and Leela Foundation at the Field Club ground.

GCA Register One-Sided Semi-Final Win

Batting first, GCA posted a massive 217 runs in 18 overs after losing all wickets. Ahan Poddar scored 57 off 31 balls, while Smit Patel contributed 50 runs off 27 deliveries. For Crossroads International School, Brijesh Sharma picked up three wickets.

Chasing the stiff target, Crossroads International School had a disastrous start, losing three wickets in the powerplay. Wickets kept falling at regular intervals, leaving no scope for recovery. Hemang Patel dismantled the batting line-up with a brilliant spell, claiming five wickets for 25 runs. The entire team was bowled out for just 79 runs.

Lakecity Warriors Seal Final Spot

In the first semi-final, Udaipur Lakecity Warriors put up 186 runs in 20 overs. Siddharth Patidar played a key knock of 56 runs off 42 balls, hitting two sixes and six fours.

In response, Adityam Real Estates were all out for 165 runs in 19 overs, losing the match by 21 runs. Pankaj Kumar scored a fighting 74 runs with four sixes and eight fours, while P. Akash added 41 runs off 17 balls. However, their efforts were not enough.

Irfan delivered a match-winning bowling performance for Udaipur Lakecity Warriors, taking six wickets for just 11 runs in four overs. Sidak Singh claimed two wickets.

A large number of spectators gathered at the Field Club ground to watch their favourite IPL players from close quarters. The atmosphere was electric, with continuous cheering and celebrations amid a flurry of boundaries and sixes.
