Afghanistan’s largest victory margin in T20 World Cup history was against Scotland, where they won by 130 runs in 2021. They also secured a 125-run victory against Uganda in 2024 and won by 84 runs against New Zealand in the same tournament.

Mohammad Nabi stood out with the ball, taking 4 wickets for just 7 runs in 4 overs, marking the third-best bowling figure for Afghanistan in T20 World Cup history. Fazalhaq Farooqi holds the record with 5 wickets for 8 runs against Uganda in 2024, while Mujeeb Ur Rahman took 5 wickets for 20 runs against Scotland in 2021.
