New Delhi, February 14 : With Holi approaching and a surge in passenger movement expected across the country, the Railways has announced the operation of several special trains to manage additional rush. These Holi Special trains will run on different routes, including key services between Delhi and Kolkata, to ensure convenient travel for passengers heading home for the festival.

Providing details, East Central Railway CPRO Saraswati Chandra said that in view of the extra passenger load during Holi, special trains will be operated from Kolkata/Howrah and New Delhi/Anand Vihar.

List of Holi Special Trains

1. 03043/03044 Howrah–Raxaul–Howrah Special (via Sitamarhi–Darbhanga–Samastipur–Barauni–Jhajha)
03043 will depart from Howrah at 23:05 hrs on February 28, March 7 and March 14, 2026 (Saturdays) and reach Raxaul at 16:15 hrs the next day.
03044 will depart from Raxaul at 17:45 hrs on March 1, 8 and 15, 2026 (Sundays) and reach Howrah at 10:50 hrs the following day.

2. 03045/03046 Howrah–Raxaul–Howrah Special (via Sitamarhi–Darbhanga–Samastipur–Barauni–Jhajha)
03045 will depart from Howrah at 23:05 hrs on March 1 and 2, 2026 and reach Raxaul at 16:15 hrs the next day.
03046 will depart from Raxaul at 17:45 hrs on March 2 and 3, 2026 and reach Howrah at 10:50 hrs the following day.

3. 03183/03184 Sealdah–Madhubani–Sealdah Special (via Sitamarhi–Darbhanga–Samastipur–Barauni–Jhajha)
03183 will depart from Sealdah at 23:50 hrs on February 28 and March 7, 2026 and reach Madhubani at 14:30 hrs the next day.
03184 will depart from Madhubani at 15:30 hrs on March 1 and 8, 2026 and reach Sealdah at 06:25 hrs the following day.

7. 03007/03008 Howrah–Khatipura (Jaipur)–Howrah Special (via Jhajha–Kiul–Nawada–Gaya–DDU)
