Sri Adhikari Brothers Hits Upper Circuit on Telangana Govt MoU | Udaipur Kiran


Mumbai, December 10 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd touched the upper circuit on the BSE on Wednesday after the company executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Telangana. The stock was locked at its upper limit of Rs 1,569.00, up by 74.70 points or 5.00 per cent from its previous close of Rs 1,494.30.

The scrip opened at Rs 1,499.80 and touched an intraday high of Rs 1,569.00 and a low of Rs 1,456.40. A total of 5,033 shares were traded on the counter during the session.

The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of Rs 10, had touched a 52-week high of Rs 2,197.70 on December 10, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 349.15 on February 4, 2025. Over the last one week, the stock moved between a high of Rs 1,569.00 and a low of Rs 1,270.05. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs 3,955.41 crore.

Promoter holding in the company stands at 59.22 per cent, while institutional and non-institutional investors hold 0.09 per cent and 40.68 per cent, respectively.

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network has executed an MoU with the Government of Telangana for the development of an AI and Hyperscale Green Data Centre Campus with a capacity of 50 MW in the state. The proposed project involves a planned investment of Rs 4,000 crore across approximately 20 acres of land at Fab City, Tukkuguda. The MoU will remain valid for a period of two years from December 9, 2025, and may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
