New Delhi, October 26 (Udaipur Kiran): Cauliflower is a common vegetable in Indian households, but its leafy cousin kale is far more nutritious and offers a wide range of health benefits. Unlike regular cauliflower, kale has no florets — only large, pointed, dark-green leaves resembling a shrub.
