Pink Winter Fades in Rajasthan, Dry Weather to Continue Till Diwali | Udaipur Kiran

Jaipur, October 13 (Udaipur Kiran): The mild winter chill that had gripped parts of Rajasthan over the past few days is now gradually weakening. According to the Meteorological Department, the weakening of cold northern winds and the activation of easterly winds will lead to a rise in both day and night temperatures across the state. The weather is expected to remain dry with clear skies till Diwali, resulting in warmer days under the sun.

Weather experts have stated that no significant weather activity is expected in North India over the next week. As a result, Rajasthan and surrounding regions will experience dry conditions. In the past 24 hours, the skies across the state remained clear, and bright sunshine caused day temperatures to rise by up to one degree Celsius.

As per the Meteorological Department data, Barmer recorded the highest temperature at 36.9°C, followed by Jaisalmer at 35.5°C, Sriganganagar at 34.3°C, Churu at 33.1°C, Bikaner at 33.6°C, Jodhpur at 33.8°C, Pilani at 33.6°C, Jalore at 33.9°C, Jaipur at 32°C, Ajmer at 31.1°C, and Udaipur at 30.6°C.

The coldest night was recorded in Sikar, where the minimum temperature dropped to 15.5°C.

The Meteorological Department predicts a further rise in daytime temperatures in the coming days, while nights will continue to remain mildly cold. The sky is expected to stay clear, and dry weather conditions are likely to persist across Rajasthan till Diwali.
