
Udaipur, September 25 (Udaipur Kiran News) — The Pacific College of Pharmacy (PCP) celebrated World Pharmacists Day on Wednesday with pride, energy, and active participation from students, faculty, and staff. The global observance, held annually on 25th September to commemorate the foundation of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) in 1912, was marked with a series of inspiring and engaging activities on campus.
Inspiring Addresses and Oath Ceremony
The event began with a group photograph and an Oath Ceremony, setting a motivational tone. Dr. Hemant Kothari, President of PAHER University, and Dr. P.K. Choudhury, Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, addressed the gathering, urging students to uphold professional ethics and contribute meaningfully to healthcare. The session was smoothly anchored by Dr. Shweta and Dr. Prachi.
Awards, Cultural Programs, and Rally
The celebration also featured the distribution of Anti-Ragging Awards to recognize efforts in maintaining a safe and inclusive campus environment. Students showcased their creativity through cultural programs, including a Nukkad Natak, Act, and Remedial Drama, highlighting social awareness and professional responsibility.
Adding to the enthusiasm, a rally from the Open Theater to PCP encouraged teamwork and unity among participants.
