Isha Rikhi has deleted a social media post in which she spoke about feeling frightened and overwhelmed by the influence and power she believed her husband possessed. The post surfaced weeks before Isha and rapper-singer Badshah publicly confirmed they had decided to part ways. The development comes amid further changes to the former couple’s social media presence. Badshah and Isha have reportedly unfollowed each other on Instagram, while Isha has also removed other posts linked to their relationship.

Isha Rikhi had earlier spoken about fear and silence

In July, Isha shared a lengthy message on Instagram that appeared to hint at difficulties in her personal life. Although she did not name Badshah in the post, she referred to her husband and described feeling unable to speak openly about what she was going through.She wrote, “There are battles that leave no visible scars. For a long time, I remained silent because I was afraid. I felt overwhelmed by the influence, power, and resources I believed my husband had, and I convinced myself that staying quiet was the safest thing to do. Silence was never acceptance. Isha had also shared a collage featuring different moments from her relationship with Badshah. The post opened with a video of the couple and included photographs from their wedding as well as a group picture.The final image, however, showed Isha crying while being held by Badshah. Alongside the collage, she had written, “Every storm is a lesson. Every prayer is hope,” accompanied by folded-hands and broken-heart emojis.The post had added to speculation about the couple’s relationship, particularly in light of their subsequent announcement about their separation. It has since also been removed from her Instagram feed.

Badshah and Isha Rikhi confirm their separation

The social media changes come shortly after Badshah and Isha publicly confirmed that they had decided to go their separate ways. The former couple issued individual statements through Instagram Stories and requested privacy, while specifically asking people not to speculate about the reasons behind their decision.Badshah wrote, “I and Isha Rikhi have mutually decided to part ways and move forward on our separate paths. This decision has been made with mutual respect, and we request everyone to kindly respect our privacy during this time. This will be our only statement on the matter. We sincerely request that there be no further speculation or assumptions regarding our relationship.”The couple had largely kept their relationship and wedding private before photographs from their ceremony surfaced online earlier this year. Isha’s mother, Poonam Rikhi, reportedly shared pictures and videos from the intimate ceremony in March 2026. Reports had previously suggested that Badshah and Isha were in a relationship for nearly four years before getting married. Their recent statements, however, marked the first public confirmation from the couple that they had decided to separate.
