Faith Remains Strong Amid Ram Temple Donation Theft Allegations


Udaipur, July 14: Amid allegations of theft related to donations at the Ram Temple, the faith of devotees in Ayodhya remains unshaken. Members of the temple trust and saints have responded to the situation, assuring that worship and temple management are continuing smoothly. Dinendra Das, a member of the Ram Temple Trust, stated that a large number of devotees are visiting daily, and attendance during the aarti remains strong.

He mentioned that devotees are contributing to the donation box according to their faith, and there has been no disruption in temple operations. Dinendra Das expressed confidence that the judicial process will resolve the matter, with appropriate action taken against those responsible. He affirmed trust in the Uttar Pradesh government and administration, stating that actions will be based on the facts that emerge.

Regarding preparations for the upcoming religious festivals, Dinendra Das assured that traditional arrangements at the temple will continue as before, with all celebrations and religious programs being held according to established customs.

Mahant Varun Das noted that the number of devotees in Ayodhya fluctuates with the weather, festivals, and religious occasions. He highlighted a significant increase in visitors since the construction of the Ram Temple, especially during the month of Jeth when many come to worship Hanuman.

He explained that during holidays, a large number of devotees visit, while attendance may decrease during agricultural activities and school admissions. Varun Das anticipates a special religious fervor during the month of Sawan, with many saints and devotees participating in various events.

He also mentioned that the Supreme Court is taking the investigation into the donation theft seriously, with notices issued to the relevant parties. Varun Das believes that a transparent and fair investigation will strengthen public trust in the Ram Temple.

He emphasized that any irregularities associated with the temple are distressing for devotees, but he remains confident that the investigation will be thorough and the truth will prevail. Once the investigation concludes, he believes that the faith of devotees will be further reinforced.

Iqbal Ansari, a party involved in the Babri Masjid case, also stated that the allegations have not affected the faith of devotees. He noted that a significant number of people continue to visit Ayodhya, seeking blessings and participating in worship.

Ansari reiterated that the Ram Temple is a center of faith for millions, and no controversy has diminished the trust of devotees. People are consistently arriving in Ayodhya to express their devotion to Ram Lalla.
