New Delhi, July 12: Millions of young Indians aspire to secure government jobs, eagerly awaiting the release of vacancies. If you are among them, the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued a short notification inviting applications for a total of 119 Section Controller positions. The last date to apply for these posts is set for August 14.
The online application process is expected to commence on July 15, with the final submission deadline on August 14. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their registration forms on the RRB’s official website once the application link is activated, up until or before the specified deadline.
Applicants must possess at least a graduation degree from a recognized institution or university in any subject. Additionally, candidates must meet other specified eligibility criteria.
The minimum age for applicants is set at 20 years, while the maximum age limit is 33 years, calculated as of July 1. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a computer-based test (CBT), qualifying exam (if applicable), document verification, medical examination, and other stages. Selected candidates will receive an initial salary of ₹35,400 per month under Pay Level 6 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC), along with additional benefits and allowances.
