Court to Decide on Khan Sirs Bail Plea in Coaching Controversy

New Delhi, July 10: A civil court in Patna is set to deliver its verdict on Friday regarding the anticipatory bail plea of popular coaching teacher Faisal Khan, also known as Khan Sir. This case is linked to a dispute involving coaching operator Roshan Anand.

The court had reserved its decision earlier this week after hearing arguments from both parties. The outcome on Friday will clarify whether Khan Sir will receive interim relief from arrest in this matter.

During the hearing on Wednesday, lawyers for both sides presented detailed arguments on various aspects of the case before District and Sessions Judge Rupesh Dev.

The anticipatory bail plea filed by Khan Sir and his two security personnel was also discussed in a hearing on Tuesday, which lasted about 40 minutes but was not concluded. The court then scheduled the remaining arguments for Wednesday.

Khan Sir’s lawyer, Rajat Singh, mentioned that several critical issues were debated during the hearing, including the firearm license of one of Khan Sir’s security personnel. The judge noted that the case has been pending for a long time and should be resolved promptly.

This controversy is linked to an incident that occurred on June 2 in Patna’s Kadamkuan police station area, involving Khan Sir and Roshan Anand, the director of Gyan Bindu GS Academy.

According to allegations, an attack was made on a security personnel during the incident, which also involved vandalism. Khan Sir accused Roshan Anand of conspiring to attack him and later shared a video related to the incident on social media. Following the escalation of the dispute, legal action was initiated, leading Khan Sir and his two security personnel to file for anticipatory bail.
