London, July 6: Australia clinched the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 title by defeating England by seven wickets in the final. Beth Mooney played a pivotal role in securing the trophy for Australia, marking their record seventh win in the tournament. We constantly talk and try to implement the strategies we develop. If there’s a mistake, the whole team manages it together,” Mooney added.

She praised Georgia Voll and Phoebe Litchfield for providing a strong start, saying, “Georgia gave us a fantastic start. After her dismissal, Phoebe played confidently from the very first ball. My aim was just to hold one end and bring the team closer to the target.”
