
Lucknow, July 4: Nitin Naveen, the National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has arrived in Lucknow for a two-day organizational tour. This visit is considered his first trip to Uttar Pradesh since taking office and is deemed crucial for the party’s organizational efforts.
The capital city has been lavishly decorated in anticipation of Naveen’s arrival, with extensive preparations for a roadshow from the airport to the BJP state headquarters. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, both Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, along with several senior party leaders, are expected to participate in the event.
Uttar Pradesh government minister Dharmapal Singh remarked that Naveen’s visit is a source of enthusiasm for party workers and marks an important step towards the electoral goals for 2027. Minister A.K. Sharma also welcomed him, stating that BJP workers are fully prepared to give a warm reception to the National President, infusing new energy into the organization.
Minister Narendra Kashyap highlighted this tour as a joyous occasion for party workers, expressing confidence in Naveen’s leadership. BJP state general secretary Sanjay Rai shared a detailed itinerary, indicating that Naveen will address a meeting of state office bearers and district presidents at the state office. He will also engage in organizational discussions with MPs, MLAs, and ministers in separate sessions.
Rai further mentioned that on July 5, Naveen will address a large conference of ‘Shakti Kendra’ coordinators, providing guidance to party workers on the upcoming political direction. He noted that extensive preparations have been made across the state for his arrival, generating significant excitement among the workers.
BJP leader Harish Dwivedi stated that this is Naveen’s first visit to Lucknow, which is expected to energize the workers. He added that this tour will serve as a hub for organizational meetings and strategic discussions to accelerate preparations for the 2027 assembly elections.
