MDS Public School Celebrates CA Day and Doctors’ Day with Enthusiasm and Dignity | Udaipur Kiran


UDAIPUR, July 2, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran) : MDS Public School organised a special and grand programme on Wednesday to mark the 78th National Chartered Accountant (CA) Day and National Doctors’ Day. The objective of the event was to honour the valuable contributions of chartered accountants and doctors in the development of the nation and to inspire students towards these professions.

The programme began with the arrival of guests and the worship of Goddess Saraswati. The event was attended by school trustee Dr. Ramesh Chandra Somani, trustee Mrs. Pushpa Somani, Vice Principal Jayamala Verma, Chief Guest CA Prateek Hingad, distinguished alumni Dr. Margi Sharma, Dr. Aditi Hingad, Dr. Meghal Mehta and CA Preksha Singhvi. CA Shrestha Maheshwari, a former MDS student, and Academic Head CA Anish Agrawal were present as special guests. The guests were welcomed by Commerce Department Head CA Anish Agrawal with a traditional ceremonial stole.

During the programme, Kanishka Bhatt, a Class 12 Commerce student, shared her views on the significance of CA Day. Class 11 Science students Anushka Bishnoi and Dhruvika Soni presented an informative discussion and a special talk show on Doctors’ Day. The presentation focused on the challenges associated with the professions of chartered accountants and doctors, their role in society and future career opportunities in these fields.

The invited guests addressed senior students, shared their professional experiences and provided career guidance. Students actively participated in the session and interacted with the guests through various questions.

Speaking on the occasion, School Director Dr. Shailendra Somani said that a doctor protects human health and well-being, while a chartered accountant plays an important role in strengthening the country’s economic system. He described both professions as strong pillars of society and said the purpose of the programme was to develop respect and inspiration among students towards these esteemed careers.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the school director, who expressed gratitude to all the guests for their presence and contribution to the event.
