Controversy Erupts Over Biryani Thrown in Ganga

Haridwar, May 21: A video from the holy city of Haridwar is going viral on social media, sparking significant controversy. The footage allegedly shows a group of young men throwing biryani into the Ganga River. Following the video’s release, public outrage has been evident.

Sadhvi Prachi has also responded to the incident, suggesting that such individuals should not be entangled in legal troubles but rather be “matched with 72 virgins.” She expressed that the act is an affront to the faith of Sanatanis and criticized the perpetrators for underestimating their beliefs.

According to her, such incidents create tension within society, and strict measures are necessary to prevent them. She emphasized that these activities not only hurt religious sentiments but also impact social harmony.

Sadhvi Prachi stated, “These extremists aimed to desecrate Mother Ganga, but that will never happen. Those conspiring in such acts should face severe consequences. For them, there should be no jail, no bail, but a direct match with 72 virgins.”

She called for unity among the community, stressing that any actions that hurt people’s faith should be taken seriously. Prachi believes that if all Sanatanis unite, the mindset of those who repeatedly attack their beliefs will eventually fade away.

She has also urged the government to investigate the matter and take appropriate action against those responsible.
