Jaipur, February 13, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran): The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Thursday conducted search operations at five locations in connection with a disproportionate assets case registered against Shubhkaran Parihar (Chhimpa), Junior Assistant of Gram Panchayat Udat, Panchayat Samiti Bap, district Phalodi.
Acting on directions from the ACB Headquarters, multiple teams carried out early morning searches at three locations in Bikaner city — Jaynarayan Vyas Colony, Mateshwari Enclave opposite Vaishnodham on Jaipur Road, and Baghinada Chhimpo ka Mohalla, Gangashahar — as well as at the accused’s native village Punarasar and Gram Panchayat Kanasar, Panchayat Samiti Bap, district Phalodi.
ACB Director General Govind Gupta said a confidential complaint was received alleging that the accused had amassed assets worth crores through corrupt means, far beyond his legitimate income. A discreet verification by ACB SU Bikaner reportedly found that the accused had acquired assets 938 per cent higher than his known sources of income, leading to registration of a case.
Under the supervision of DIG ACB Range Bikaner Bhuvan Bhushan Yadav, search warrants were obtained from a competent court. The operation was led by Additional SP Vinod Kumar (ACB Chowki Bikaner) and Additional SP Ashish Kumar (ACB SU), along with their teams.
During the searches so far, the ACB has confirmed recovery of approximately ₹75 lakh in cash from House No. 10, Mateshwari Enclave Colony, opposite Vaishnodham, Bikaner. More than one kilogram of gold and around two kilograms of silver were also found from properties located at Mateshwari Enclave and Baghinada Chhimpo ka Mohalla, Gangashahar.
The accused is stated to own three luxurious houses in Bikaner city, one house in village Punarasar, and nearly 17 hectares of agricultural land.
Search operations are continuing at various locations under the supervision of Additional Director General of Police, ACB, Smita Srivastava. Further investigation in the disproportionate assets case is underway.
