Panorama Studios Gains After Arm Secures Airborne Rights of ‘Heer Express’ | Udaipur Kiran

Mumbai, January 6 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Panorama Studios International traded higher on the BSE after its subsidiary executed an agreement for the airborne rights of the film Heer Express.

Panorama Studios International was trading at Rs 42.50, up by Rs 0.45 or 1.07 per cent from its previous close of Rs 42.05. The stock opened at Rs 42.75 and touched an intraday high of Rs 43.34 and a low of Rs 42.00. A total of 11,498 shares were traded on the counter so far.

The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of Rs 2, has touched a 52-week high of Rs 64.01 on March 25, 2025, and a 52-week low of Rs 35.01 on January 27, 2026. Over the past one week, the scrip has moved between Rs 47.75 and Rs 39.50. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs 1,128.12 crore.

Promoter holding in the company stood at 66.61 per cent, while institutional investors held 0.46 per cent and non-institutional investors 32.93 per cent.

Panorama Studios International’s subsidiary, Panorama Studios Inflight LLP, has executed an Assignment Agreement with Merry Go Round Studios LLP to exploit the airborne rights, on an exclusive basis, for the entire world including India, of the cinematographic film Heer Express. The film stars Divita Juneja, Prit Kamani, Ashutosh Rana, Sanjay Mishra and Gulshan Grover, and is directed by Umesh Shukla.

Panorama Studios International continues to be engaged in entertainment, media and film production as its principal BUSINESS.
