Mahi Talk Fest 4.0 Concludes with Strong Message of Nation-Building | Udaipur Kiran


Banswara, January 25, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran): The three-day literature, dialogue, and arts festival Mahi Talk Fest (MTF) 4.0, jointly organised by Govind Guru Tribal University and the Vishva Samvad Kendra, concluded on Sunday with a powerful message of thought, culture, and national consciousness.

The closing ceremony was attended by chief guest Nimbaaram Ji, while Vice-Chancellor Prof. Keshav Singh Thakur presided over the event. Vishva Samvad Kendra mentor Madan Mohan Tank and Registrar Kashmi Kaur were also present on the dais.

In his address, Nimbaaram Ji said that meaningful change begins at home and gradually transforms society, the state, and the nation. Highlighting family awakening as the foundation of social transformation, he said societies that adapt with time and circumstances continue to progress. He added that RSS believes in evolution aligned with the era and continues to move forward on that path.

He also praised the cultural richness of the Vagad region, referring to the Mahi River, Beneshwar Dham, and Mangarh Dham, and described initiatives like Mahi Talk Fest as inspiring platforms of dialogue and cultural awareness.

Presiding over the ceremony, Prof. Keshav Singh Thakur said that events like Mahi Talk Fest strengthen ideological awareness, cultural identity, and national consciousness among youth. At the start of the programme, mentor Madan Mohan Tank delivered the welcome address, while festival coordinator Dr. Kamlesh Sharma presented a brief report of the three-day event.

On the occasion, winners of various competitions organised during the fest and contributors were honoured with mementoes. The programme was conducted by Dr. Neeraj Shrimali, and the vote of thanks was delivered by Registrar Kashmi Kaur.

Book Release and Cultural Highlights
A book titled “…Aur Yeh Jeevan Samarpit”, authored by Bhagirath Chaudhary, was also released during the event. The book highlights life values and the spirit of dedication, with an introduction presented by Devansh Goswami.

The third day of the fest began with a civic-sense-themed reels-making competition, followed by an impactful workshop on “Art of Reading” by Ruchi Shrimali. Thought-provoking sessions on global and Indian media featured Dr. Rashmi Bohra and senior journalist Jitendra Paliwal, while another session marked 150 years of Anand Math and Vande Mataram, led by former RAJASTHAN Sahitya Akademi president Indushekhar Tatpurush.

The cultural highlight of the concluding day was a musical storytelling performance on Adi Shankaracharya by noted storyteller Bharati Dixit, which deeply connected the audience with spiritual and cultural themes.

Mahi Talk Fest 4.0 concluded with the message that dialogue, literature, media, and culture are powerful tools for strengthening national consciousness, marking the festival as a meaningful step towards establishing Banswara as a vibrant centre of intellectual and cultural activity.
