Adani Enterprises Gains as JV Incorporates New Wholly Owned Subsidiary | Udaipur Kiran


Mumbai, 16 December (Udaipur Kiran) — Shares of Adani Enterprises edged higher on Tuesday after the company announced that its joint venture AdaniConneX (ACX) has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary.

The stock was trading at Rs. 2285.15, up 0.14% from its previous close of Rs. 2281.85. It opened at Rs. 2280.20 and touched a high of Rs. 2300.00. A total of 14,552 shares were traded on the counter. The scrip has a 52-week high of Rs. 2,611.46 and a 52-week low of Rs. 1,965.05.

During the past week, the stock recorded a high of Rs. 2300.00 and a low of Rs. 2178.55. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs. 2,95,694.64 crore. Promoters hold 73.97%, while institutional and non-institutional investors hold 18.55% and 7.47% respectively.

Adani Enterprises said that AdaniConneX (ACX) — its joint venture — has established a wholly owned subsidiary named ‘AdaniConneX Hyderabad Two’ on December 3, 2025. The new entity has been set up to undertake the construction, development and operation of data centres. Through ACX, Adani Enterprises indirectly holds 50% share capital of ACXHTL.
