Ceinsys Tech Hits Upper Circuit After MoU with Aetosky Singapore | Udaipur Kiran


Mumbai, December 4 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Ceinsys Tech surged sharply on the BSE on Wednesday after the company announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aetosky Singapore. The stock was locked at its upper circuit limit at Rs. 968.45, up by Rs. 46.10 or 5.00 per cent from its previous close of Rs. 922.35.

The scrip opened at Rs. 968.45 and moved between a high of Rs. 968.45 and a low of Rs. 936.80 during the session. A total of 21,895 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE Group ‘B’ stock with a face value of Rs. 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs. 2,105.00 on January 6, 2025, and a 52-week low of Rs. 839.55 on December 3, 2025. Over the past one week, the stock has moved between Rs. 1,020.00 and Rs. 839.55. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs. 1,727.83 crore.

Promoters hold 50.70 per cent stake in the company, while institutional and non-institutional investors hold 5.60 per cent and 43.71 per cent respectively.

Ceinsys Tech has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Aetosky Singapore, a Singapore-headquartered geospatial AI company that develops secure software platforms to convert satellite and other spatial data into actionable intelligence for governments and enterprises.

The MoU establishes a collaborative framework to jointly pursue and deliver enterprise geospatial and AI-based solutions across sectors such as transportation infrastructure, water infrastructure and utilities, energy and power networks, and land and natural resources in India, the GCC region, Europe and North America. The objective of the partnership is to leverage Aetosky’s global reach and domain relationships along with Ceinsys’ technical expertise in geospatial data acquisition, analytics, digital twins and AI-driven automation.

Ceinsys Tech, formerly known as ADCC Infocad, is a GIS and engineering services solutions provider catering to corporate and government clients to enhance engineering efficiency and competitiveness.
