Vaghani Techno-Build Hits Upper Circuit on Entry into Hospitality Sector | Udaipur Kiran


Mumbai, 21 November (Udaipur Kiran). Shares of Vaghani Techno-Build surged to their upper circuit limit on Thursday after the company announced its entry into the hospitality business. The stock was locked at ₹110.40, up 2% from its previous close of ₹108.24 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at ₹110.40 and remained at the same level throughout the session, with 1,964 shares traded. The stock has now touched a fresh 52-week high of ₹110.40, compared to a 52-week low of ₹19.92 recorded on 25 December 2024. The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹57.63 crore.

Promoters hold 73.87% of the equity, while non-institutional investors own 26.13%.

Vaghani Techno-Build said it has diversified into hospitality by forming a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) named EMROCK SIGNATURE HOSPITALITY LLP. The LLP received its Certificate of Incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on November 20, 2025. The company will hold a 39% stake in the LLP, contributing an equal share in capital, profit and loss.

The newly formed LLP will be involved in establishing and managing a wide range of hospitality assets including resorts, hotels, restaurants, cafes, party plots, commercial spaces, vacation villas, clubs, pubs, spas and other accommodation and leisure facilities in India and abroad.

Vaghani Techno-Build is currently engaged in Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) trading and real estate development.
