IndiGo to Launch Third Direct Flight Between Udaipur and Bengaluru from November 12 | Udaipur Kiran

Udaipur, November 12 (Udaipur Kiran) — Air connectivity between Udaipur and Bengaluru is set to improve further, bringing relief to both tourists and business travelers. Leading carrier IndiGo Airlines will launch a new direct flight on this busy route starting November 12, taking the total number of direct flights between Udaipur and Bengaluru to three.

Currently, IndiGo and Air India Express each operate one daily direct flight on this sector. Air India Express began its service on November 1, and with IndiGo’s additional frequency, passengers will now have more flight options and better ticket availability.

Boost for tourism and business travel

Under the Winter Schedule 2025, Udaipur–Bengaluru connectivity will include two IndiGo flights and one Air India Express flight daily. With the onset of the tourist season, Udaipur has already started witnessing increased domestic and international tourist inflow. The new flight is expected to enhance convenience and support the city’s growing tourism and hospitality industry.

Industry observers note that Bengaluru’s strong IT and corporate presence has led to a steady rise in the number of business and professional travelers flying to Udaipur. Limited flight options earlier caused scheduling and ticketing challenges, which this new service aims to resolve.

Expanding Udaipur’s air network

Udaipur’s Maharana Pratap Airport currently has direct daily flights to Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Hyderabad, and Indore. The addition of more routes and increased frequencies is expected to strengthen both tourism and trade connectivity for the city.

The latest expansion underlines Udaipur’s emergence as a key aviation hub in Rajasthan, catering to both leisure and business travelers while supporting the region’s tourism-driven economy.
