Bundi Murder Case Solved Within 24 Hours, One Accused Arrested and Two Minors Detained | Udaipur Kiran

Jaipur, Oct 22 (Udaipur Kiran): The Bundi police have cracked the murder case of a young man within 24 hours of the incident. Police arrested one main accused under veil (baparda) and detained two minors involved in the crime. The murder reportedly took place following a dispute over bursting firecrackers.

Superintendent of Police Rajendra Kumar Meena said that the complainant, Lakhna Saini, reported that on the night of October 20, around 9 p.m., his brother Vishnu went out with his friends Surjeet and Aditya on a motorcycle. Later, around 10:30 p.m., the family received a call informing them that Vishnu had been stabbed during a quarrel near a Honda showroom. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Vishnu succumbed to his injuries.

Under the supervision of IG Kota Range Rajendra Prasad Goyal and SP Rajendra Kumar Meena, a special police team was formed, led by ASP Uma Sharma, CO Arun Sharma, and Sadar SHO Ramesh Chand Arya. The team conducted a thorough investigation, collecting eyewitness accounts and analyzing CCTV and technical evidence from the area.

The probe revealed that Vishnu and his friends were bursting firecrackers near Lakshmi Dharam Kanta on the old bypass road. A group of three boys passing through the area had an argument with them over the crackers. The confrontation escalated, and one of the minors allegedly stabbed Vishnu in the ribs and abdomen, leading to his death.

Police have arrested the main accused and detained both juveniles involved. Further investigation into the case is underway.
