Rajasthan ACB Achieves Century in Action Based on Helpline and WhatsApp Complaints | Udaipur Kiran

Jaipur, October 16 (Udaipur Kiran): Demonstrating the state government’s zero tolerance policy against corruption, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Rajasthan has achieved a major milestone by completing 100 successful actions in a single year based on complaints received through its Helpline 1064 and WhatsApp number 9413502834.

According to ACB officials, this is the first time the Bureau has reached the 100-action mark within a year, a reflection of the growing public trust in the agency and its swift, decisive operations against corruption.

The achievement comes as a result of the ACB’s strong public awareness campaign, active response mechanism, and quick follow-up on complaints filed through both helpline numbers. These efforts have significantly encouraged citizens to come forward and report corruption-related incidents directly to the Bureau.

The Helpline 1064, launched on 20 February 2020, has been instrumental in enabling people to lodge complaints easily and confidentially. ACB has also been running continuous awareness drives to educate citizens about corruption reporting mechanisms.

Statistics show a steady rise in action based on helpline complaints:

  • 2023: 78 actions were executed.

  • 2024: 85 actions were completed.

  • 2025 (up to October 15): A record 101 actions have already been carried out successfully.

Additional Director General of Police (ACB), Smita Srivastava, said that this achievement highlights both the efficiency of the ACB team and the increasing public confidence in the agency’s commitment to fighting corruption. She added that under the Rajasthan government’s zero tolerance policy, the Bureau will continue to take firm and transparent action against corrupt practices in the future as well.
