
Udaipur (Udaipur Kiran News): Venkateshwar Institute of Pharmacy, Sai Tirupati University, organised a vibrant Freshers’ and Farewell celebration along with World Pharmacist Day at Atal Auditorium, Hiran Magri, Sector-4. The event beautifully blended the spirit of new beginnings with heartfelt farewells.
The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Khemchand Gupta, Head of Department. The programme began with a lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by lively performances, interactive activities, and a ramp walk by the 2024-25 freshers’ batch. The senior batch of 2021-22 was given a warm farewell through emotional speeches and memorable presentations.
Sai Tirupati University President Dr. Prashant Nahar, Dean (PG) Dr. Bharat Parashar, Nursing Principal Dr. Vijaysingh Rawat, Physiotherapy Principal Dr. Yunus Mohammad, and Ayurveda Principal Dr. V.K. Mittal attended the event as chief guests.
The evening was filled with laughter, music, and dance as students showcased their talents and created unforgettable memories. In the ramp walk, Tushar Songara and Lakshita Sahu from the second semester were crowned Mr. and Miss Fresher respectively.
The event celebrated the successful transition of students, marking the beginning of their academic journey, while a video presentation captured the memorable experiences of the graduating batch. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Associate Professor Dr. Pakhuri Mehta.
