Mumbai: Heavy Rain in Maharashtra: Rain has come as a disaster in many districts if Maharashtra . Due to this there is a situation of inundation and the roads have been converted into rivers. There is a flood-like situation in many districts like Pune, Solapur, Sangli. The rains have raised the concerns of the farmers whose crops have suffered due to this. After Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Maharashtra has also received rain as a disaster. Heavy rains in many districts of the state have brought forth many pictures of devastation, red alert is going on in many areas for the coming few more hours. More than two dozen people have lost their lives due to rains in Andhra and Telangana.
Heavy rains lashed Mumbai and neighboring districts of Thane and Palghar in Maharashtra on Wednesday, disrupting local train and bus services due to water-logging on railway tracks and roads. The roads turned into rivers due to heavy rains. Many people were seen swimming in the filled water. Many such videos went viral on social media where people were seen having fun on a road filled with water. IAS officer Nitin Sangwan has also shared a similar video on Twitter, which is becoming quite viral.

It can be seen in the video that the bus is standing on a road filled with water and some people are standing on top of it. One by one they are jumping off the bus and swimming in the water. The IAS officer wrote in English, ‘When life gives you lemon, make lemonade.’ This video is being liked a lot on social media.
