
Udaipur: Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University (PAHER University), under the Faculty of Science and Technology, organised a seminar and poster competition on the topic “Keep Your Mind Happy and Healthy” on Saturday, 27 August 2025.
The event was inaugurated by University President Prof. Hemant Kothari, who highlighted the importance of mental health in his address. He said that in today’s competitive era, it is essential to maintain a positive mindset and self-balance.
Renowned expert Prof. Rakhshit Ameta was the chief guest and addressed the students and faculty. He shared practical tips to keep the mind happy and healthy, emphasising that regular exercise, meditation, a balanced diet, and self-control are the keys to a healthy life.
Chairman of the Faculty of Science and Technology, Prof. Dilendra Hiran, also shared his thoughts and praised the initiative. The event was coordinated by Prof. Ritu Khanna.
Following the seminar, a poster competition on the same topic was held. The entries were evaluated by a panel comprising Dr. Devnita Pauly, Dr. Himani Dashora, and Mr. Himanshu Chaplot. The results were as follows:
